Shipping
All orders will ship to the address provided on your PayPal account, unless otherwise specified.Each order is packed by hand on a bubble mailer, or in boxes when orders for 3 or more pairs of shoes and for some bags.
All packages are sent via registered mail once a week through Correos de México http://www.sepomex.gob.mx it is necessary that there is someone at your residence to receive the package, otherwise they will leave a notice, if you don´t respond to the notice the package may be sent back.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the one registered in your paypal receipt also a confirmation via paypal will be sent.
Please keep track of your mail and contact us the soonest possible if you have not receive your parcel if it has been over 4 weeks.Shipping times

Please keep this aprox dates in mind when expecting your package.

Delays and Losses
Your package can take several weeks to arrive, but it will. In the 3 years of Golden Ponies’ existence there has never been a lost package.
Items are sometimes sent back due to various issues such as custom duties, unclaimed packages, etc. If this happens and your package is sent back you must repay for the shipment of the item and I will resend it to you, but only once we receive it back, not before. Your item will not be remade, it is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of your mail or leave it with someone you trust.
Please note that international customers must wait at least 5 weeks from the date their item is shipped before claiming a package missing. After this time please contact us the soonest possible if you have not receive your parcel hopefully you can pick up the parcel in your local post office before they return it, normally we don´t offer tracking numbers for all countries because sometimes don´t work right away, but after some weeks maybe we can be able to located the parcel also search in the mexican post website if it has been returned to us.
