Please keep in mind that all products are handmade to order and all sales are final. Please read carefully the description of the shoes and bags and ask for more pictures or info if needed, check your size very well and compare it to the chart, but always order the size you are used to wear.

Ordering

All sales are final. There is a 48 hour period to cancel or modify your order. Please be minful about ordering.

Payment

Payments are only processed safely through paypal, which includes all major credit cards. You don't need a paypal account to make the payments.

Fabrication Process

All handmade to order items take up to 25 days to be fabricated, plus 5 days for handling. All handmade stock items take up to 5 days for handling.

Materials

Leather is a natural material, sometimes surfaces will contain irregularities such as small marks and wrinkles this adds to the character and uniqueness of the product, any minor imperfections you may notice makes a unique handmade item. Items colors can vary from screen to screen.

Exchange Policy

Please contact us we´ll be happy to solve any issue, we just want you feel complete satisfied with your order. We do not offer refunds but we will gladly exchange your item if the size, color, model or material is different from what was ordered. Items must be unworn and unused to qualify for an exchange, please contact us first . Exchanges will be made as soon as we receive and process your returned item. The actual time it takes to receive your exchange depends on the time it takes the product to return. We are not able to reimburse shipping costs.
If circumstances apply we can make a refund in the form of store credit. Sale/stock items are not returnable or exchangeable, with no exceptions.

Taxes

Customers are responsible for all taxes and fees charged in their home country. Mexico does not charge any extra taxes.
